Summer's BAMMS

I'm starting a new rubric in my blog where I'll share with you about my favorites. It's like "Likes"but "BAMMS. Spell it like [bums] ;D
So first is B-books. This summer I read quite a lot of books but in my minds is still "Numbers"by Rachel Ward.
About: This is a trilogy. First book is about girl Jem and she has kept a secret: Whenever she meets someone new, no matter who, as soon as she looks into their eyes, a number pops into her head. That number is a date: the date they will die. Burdened with such awful awareness, Jem avoids relationships. Until she meets Spider, another outsider, and takes a chance. The two plan a trip to the city. But while waiting to ride the Eye ferris wheel, Jem is terrified to see that all the other tourists in line flash the same number. Today's number. Today's date. Terrorists are going to attack London. Jem's world is about to explode!
Second is about her son. Adam also sees numbers. Adam has trouble dealing with his awful gift, and when he realises that everyone around him has the same series of numbers, he becomes deeply afraid of what might happen in 2025.
And third is Post-Chaos 2029. Adam, Sarah and Mia are living together, struggling with the fame of seeing numbers - the dates when people will die. But something is about to tear them apart. During The Chaos, Sarah's young daughter Mia swapped her number for another. Suddenly her powerful new ability makes her a terrifying target.
My opinion: I liked ideas of all three books but sometimes characters' actions made me a little bit confused. Also I liked that Jen's speech was growing up with her. Book starts when she's fifteen and her speech was "easy" and after some years it was more "difficult" or smarter.
Rate: 7/10. Good for teens.

A-applications. This summer my favorite game was "Circle". It's good for "time killing" and it's easy to play. So during the flights I played and set new records :)

M-music. I'm a really music lover and I can listen everything. But every season I'm listening different kinds of genres. And this time it was chill out, rap and pop. This is crazy, I know :D. So summer's songs was:
1) Kodaline "What it is"; 2) G-Eazy "These thing happen"; 3) Taylor Swift "Welcome to New York"; 4) Kygo "Ragging" (feat. Kodaline)

M-movies. When I was in NY in the evenings I was watching Disney with my roommate. And the best movie which we seen of this time was "16 wishes". Really kind, good movie. Also liked actor's play and the idea.
Rate: 9/10. A little bit for 10-12 old kids but sometimes and for older :D

S-serials. "Criminal minds"-love forever. The series follows a group of FBI profilers who set about catching various criminals through behavioral profiling. The plot focuses on the team working cases and on the personal lives of the characters, depicting the hardened life and statutory requirements of a profiler.
I like this genre-crime. And actors are really good. Especially Dr. Spencer Reid. :P
Rate: 10/10

I hope you enjoyed it. See you soon :)

Bye, Summer, I'll miss you

Hi, guys! How are you? How was your summer? I can't believe that today is the last summer's Sunday. So it's time to summarize :)
If somebody will ask to rate summer'16, I'll answer 8/10.
First of all at the begging of summer I was sick. (So lucky me) But it was perfect time to read books from the list which gave to us teacher. And also to watch TV shows :D
Then we celebrated mother's birthday and had a small trip through Lithuania. Actually we went more to countrysides and I liked it so much because it's always interesting to see cities of your motherland.

In July I just chilled out with my friends. It was relaxing and calming time. Also arrived my cousin so we spent a few days together.

With sister <3

And in the of July my adventure began! I visited New York! Yees, that Big Apple :) More about that I'm going to write in the next post ;)

August flied so fast. When I came back, parents said that in few days we are going to visit Malta all together! It was really surprising for me because I thought that I'll be home alone while they'll be here.
Sliema, Malta

So and now I'm finally home and last days I was preparing for the school, meeting my friends and reading some books from my own list.
See you soon :)
